The person behind The Coaching Brief
Senior Lawyer | Executive Coach | Founder of The Coaching Brief.
I’ve spent more than 15 years working in demanding professional environments, including international law firms in the UK and Middle East. That experience has shaped how I think: with precision, judgement and an understanding of what it takes to make good decisions when the stakes are high.
But my interest has always extended beyond the work itself to the people doing it.
Becoming a parent sharpened that further. The world of work will keep changing, and I care deeply about helping people stay grounded enough to think clearly, make good decisions and build working lives that still feel like their own.
I created The Coaching Brief to bring together the things that matter most to me: precision, discernment, creative thinking and compassion. My own values of alignment, balance and compassion shape both the work I do and the way I do it.
My approach is thoughtful and direct. I notice patterns quickly, ask the question beneath the question and am comfortable challenging what may need to be challenged.
I do not believe people need fixing.
I believe people sometimes need enough space, perspective and honesty to understand what is really going on and decide what comes next.
Ultimately, I want to leave the working world better than I found it.
